I work as a freelance website designer. My clients are mostly small and medium businesses and my rates are well below the going rate of most other web designers. It’s my rates that tends to get the attention of everyone and it’s what keeps me busy each day. Everyone in Maine should be aware of the unemployment rate. It affects the entire economy and everyone who currently has a job qualifies for unemployment of some kind … Well at least those who fill out a W-2.

You can see in the graphic below that our rate is not too bad since Albany County WY has one of the lowest rates in the nation. In sharp contrast to Baraga County MI which is extraordinarily high!
